Out-of-court settlement of disputes
For the out-of-court settlement of disputes between consumers and companies in online legal transactions, the European Commission manages an online dispute resolution platform (OS platform). The OS Platform can be found at the following link: http://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr

We are neither obliged nor willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board under the Consumer Dispute Resolution Act.
