3. principles of collection and storage of your data

In our data protection declaration we explain to you in which processes we collect and store your data and for what purpose this is done. Should we not be able to answer your questions completely, please contact our data protection officer (for contact details see section 2).

a. Purpose and legal basis of data processing
We process your data for the purpose of ensuring that you can use our website without disruption, as well as for processing your enquiries and for handling service contracts concluded with you. The legal basis for data processing is Article 6, paragraph 1 of the Data Protection Basic Regulation.

b. Deletion or blocking of the data in the event of discontinuation of the purpose
In principle, the dictates of data economy and limited storage apply. We only store your personal data for as long as is necessary to achieve the purposes described for the individual measures. After the purpose has ceased to apply, we delete your data. If the law requires us to store data beyond this period, we delete the data after the statutory period has expired.

c. Rights of access, rectification, data transmission, cancellation and opposition
You have the right to receive information about your personal data stored with us at any time. If the data stored with us is incorrect, you have the right to correction.

You can also request that we transfer your data stored with us to you or to a third party named by you in a common file format. You can request the deletion of your personal data at any time, provided that we no longer need the data for the processing of a contract with you. The deletion may also be opposed by legal storage obligations. In this case, however, you have the right to request that we restrict the processing of your data. To protect the security of your data during transmission, we use the state-of-the-art SSL encryption method via HTTPS.

f. Change of our data protection regulations
We will always adapt our privacy policy to the current legal requirements. Such a need for adaptation may also result from the fact that we are expanding our range of services. If you visit our website again, the new data protection declaration will apply.

4. collection, processing and use of your IP address

a. Collection of traffic data
You can visit our site without actively providing personal information. We collect the access data that your web browser sends us. These are:

  • Time of the server request
  • Dwell time and selected subpages

If you contact us by e-mail or via the contact form provided on our website, we will collect and store the information you provide for the purpose of processing your enquiry and any follow-up questions. We delete your data six months after the last contact.

However, if the data is client-related, it will be stored by us and added to the "file" in the sense of § 50 of the Federal Lawyers' Act (BRAO). Hand files must be kept by us for 5 years. We ensure that the data is protected against unauthorised access by third parties in accordance with the state of the art. Please note, however, that unencrypted e-mails sent via the Internet are not sufficiently protected against unauthorised access by third parties.

7. newsletter

If you would like to receive the newsletter offered on the website, we require a valid email address from you as well as information that allows us to verify that you are the owner of the email address provided or that the owner of the email address agrees to receive the newsletter. Further data will not be collected. We store the data you provide to enable us to send the newsletter to you. You can also revoke this consent at any time. We provide the possibility to unsubscribe in every newsletter. After revocation of the consent/deregistration from the newsletter, we delete your data immediately.
